Hi,
Do you have a bibliography that shows the studies you have mentioned in this article? Also, I was looking over the "Synthesized Literature Review"--do you have a bibliography of these studies? Am I just looking in the wrong place? I was looking for the exact references, the journals the studies were published in, etc.
Thanks so much for your help.

Hey Brian!

There are currently none available in the US. If you look at Semler's article, they put a vibration platform at the end of a tilt table. Ahlborg put it under the feet on a stander. A study I heard about, butthat has not been published, supposedlly used the Rifton Gait Trainer over the platform. I have also seen people use the Walkable from Lite Gait (soft materail harness made take vibration better). The concern is damaging the welds on the equipment, so right now there is still controversy about how to do this with folks who can't stand on their own and also which frequency to use. Stay tuned...

I am a pediatric PT, and was wondering where I can find upright standers that vibrate. What kind of standers were used in these studies? Where can I find one? Did they simply place a stander on a vibrating platform? Any help would be much appreciated.
