Hello all from Bill,

Andy and I are training hard for the Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) and looking forward to the results of our training. For my part, i've moved up to longer 15 to 25 mile rides in the hilly terrain of Western PA and am feeling stronger. The work out is invigorating but at the end of a long work day in my chair I also look forward to watching the news and cross training in my Easy Stand Evolve.

We are raising funds for the National Spinal Cord Injury Association www.spinalcord.org so that others, especially families of those newly injured has access to the extensive resources of NSCIA to guide them along the path to recovery.

Hi Andy,
I met you at the recent workshop at REQ in Manchester NH. I enjoyed the workshop immensely. As to your marathon efforts, I'd like to share with you that I am a 2 year veteran of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer (2 co-workers at our educational facility for students with special needs have been diagnosed in the last 2 years) If you're not familiar, it's 39 miles in 2 days. While it's not a true marathon, it is a marathon of endurance, togetherness and hope. The rewards have far exceeded my imagination. I hope that your experience is the same, and I feel it likely will be. Know you have the support of our team "Walk the Talk" behind yours for this event. Good luck!
